Security for Public & Private Sectors

Hall & Harrison Solutions delivers security training built for the environments where people live, work, and worship — equipping employees, administrators, and security personnel with the situational awareness and response strategies needed to act confidently in critical moments. Whether you're protecting a corporate office, school, or house of worship, we help build a proactive culture of safety from the ground up.

Safety is not a passive condition — it is the result of deliberate preparation, trained awareness, and a culture where every person understands their role in protecting others. Hall & Harrison Solutions delivers security training designed for the full range of environments where people live, work, learn, and gather — from corporate offices and distribution centers to schools, hospitals, and houses of worship. Our courses are practical, scenario-driven, and grounded in decades of real-world law enforcement and operational experience.

What We Cover

Active Shooter Awareness & Response

This course equips employees, administrators, clergy, and security personnel with the knowledge to recognize early warning signs, respond effectively during an active shooter incident, and coordinate safely with law enforcement. Instruction includes behavioral indicators, survival strategies, communication protocols, and optional live drills and red team exercises.

Workplace Security & Threat Awareness

Participants learn foundational skills for identifying and responding to potential threats in public and private-sector environments, including situational awareness, disruptive behavior recognition, and initial response strategies. This course is designed to build a proactive culture of safety that minimizes organizational risk before incidents escalate.

Congregant Awareness Training

Tailored for greeters, ushers, clergy, ministry leaders, and support staff, this course builds shared responsibility for maintaining a safe worship environment through behavioral observation, de-escalation techniques, and appropriate response to disruptive individuals — all without assuming the role of law enforcement.
