Dr. Rudolph Hall
Founder & Managing Partner
Dr. Hall is a nationally recognized law enforcement expert with over 21 years of experience spanning NYPD leadership roles, the New York State Attorney General's Office, and federal partnerships. As Assistant Chief of Investigations, he led critical investigations and policy development on use-of-force and constitutional policing. A key architect of the NYPD's body-worn camera program, Dr. Hall trained over 5,000 officers and currently serves on the Federal monitor team ensuring NYPD constitutional compliance. He holds a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and is certified by the Force Science Institute.
Rodney Harrison
Founder & Managing Partner
Rodney Harrison brings over 32 years of distinguished law enforcement experience, including 10 years in executive leadership roles with the NYPD and Suffolk County Police Department. As Police Commissioner for Suffolk County, he led the breakthrough investigation that solved the infamous Gilgo Beach serial killer case. His NYPD career included serving as Chief of Department overseeing 35,000 officers, Chief of Detectives directing all criminal investigations, and Chief of Patrol managing major public events. A recipient of the Police Combat Cross for heroic actions, Harrison guided the NYPD's recovery efforts during COVID-19 and currently serves as a CBS National News law enforcement contributor and Chief Strategy Officer for Petrone Risk.
